# 3. Lập và phát hành hóa đơn

* Truy cập vào **Hóa đơn**/ **Hóa đơn điện tử**
* Chọn **Thêm**/ **Hóa đơn GTGT**

* Hệ thống hiển thị giao diện, chọn **Lập hóa đơn**

* Khai báo thông tin hóa đơn cần lập => Chọn **Lưu**

* Chọn **Đồng ý**
* Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông tin hóa đơn vừa tạo => Chọn **Phát hành**

* Có thể xem lại hóa đơn vừa tạo bằng cách chọn " **Xem hóa đơn**". Bấm trực tiếp **Thực hiện** để thao tác phát hành hóa đơn ngay.

* Hệ thống sẽ thông báo khi hóa đơn phát hành thành công

* Gửi hóa đơn cho người mua bằng cách tích chọn vào hóa đơn đã phát hành => Chọn **Gửi hóa đơn.**

* Tải hóa đơn để lưu về máy thực hiện bằng cách tích chọn vào hóa đơn đã phát hành => Chọn **Tải hóa đơn.**
