# 4.2 Hóa đơn thay thế

* Chọn **Hóa đơn > Hóa đơn thay thế > Lập hóa đơn thay thế**

* Với hóa đơn máy tính tiền: Truy cập **Máy tính tiền/Hóa đơn điện tử/ Hóa đơn thay thế /Lập hóa đơn thay thế**

(1) Lọc hóa đơn theo ngày tháng, số hóa đơn&#x20;

(2) **Lấy dữ liệu**

(3) Click chọn hóa đơn cần thay thế&#x20;

(4) **Tích chọn nhân bản thông tin hóa đơn** nếu sửa thông tin hóa đơn cũ

(5) Chọn **Đồng ý**

* Người dùng chọn **Lập biên bản thay thế**

* Điền các thông tin phù hợp **> Lưu > Ký điện tử**

\- Người dùng bấm **Gửi biên bản thay thế**

* Tích chọn nếu muốn hiển thị lý do thay thế trên hóa đơn

* Chọn lưu và phát hành hóa đơn bình thường
