# 4.3 Thông báo sai sót không cần lập lại hóa đơn

## Bước 1: **Thông báo sai sót không cần lập lại hóa đơn**

Trường hợp người dùng sai tên người mua hàng, tên đơn vị hoặc địa chỉ, người dùng có thể sử dụng tiện ích: Điều chỉnh thông tin sai sót:

Lưu ý: Hóa đơn phải trong trạng thái đã gửi khách hàng trên phần mềm

Để thực hiện, click chọn hóa đơn cần điều chỉnh, chọn: **Tiện ích > Thông báo sai sót không cần lập lại hóa đơn**

* Điền các thông tin phù hợp, và chọn **Thực hiện**

Sau khi thực hiện thành công, tiến hành gửi cho khách hàng.

## Bước 2. Lập thông báo 04 gửi cơ quan thuế

Sau khi thực hiện lập thông báo sai sót không cần lập lại hóa đơn, người dùng cần gửi thông báo 04 tới cơ quan thuế.&#x20;

* Hoặc truy cập **Quản lý/ Thông điệp gửi**

* Chọn **Thêm** => Loại thông điệp: chọn **Thông báo hóa đơn điện tử có sai sót**. => Chọn **Tiếp tục**

* Chọn Hóa đơn điện tử có sai sót

* Chọn các điều kiện lọc phù hợp > kiểm tra lại lý do > chọn **Xác nhận**

* Hệ thống hiển thị hóa đơn có sai sót trong giao diện Thông báo hóa đơn điện tử có sai sót => Người dùng kiểm tra lại thông tin => Chọn **Lưu** => Chọn **Ký và gửi**
