# Điều chỉnh tăng số lượng hàng hóa

* Hóa đơn gốc ghi sai thông tin số lượng hàng hóa: Số lượng ghi trên hóa đơn 10, số lượng đúng là 15.

\=> Lập hóa đơn điều chỉnh tăng số lượng hàng hóa lên 5. Số lượng tăng dẫn đến thành tiền theo số lượng tăng, tiền thuế tăng, tổng tiền thanh toán tăng, kế toán lập hóa đơn điều chỉnh khai báo nội dung như sau

* Khai báo số lượng hàng hóa tăng và các giá trị liên quan thay đổi khi số lượng tăng gồm: **Thành tiền**, **Tổng tiền hàng**, **Tiền thuế GTGT**, **Tổng tiền thanh toán**.
* **Với hóa đơn thường: Truy cập Hóa đơn/ Hóa đơn điều chỉnh/ Lập hóa đơn điều chỉnh**

* Với hóa đơn máy tính tiền: Truy cập **Máy tính tiền/Hóa đơn điện tử/ Hóa đơn điều chỉnh/Lập hóa đơn điều chỉnh**

* Chọn Tiếp tục

* (1) Chọn thời gian

&#x20;      (2) Nhập số hóa đơn cần điều chỉnh

&#x20;      (3) Lấy dữ liệu

&#x20;      (4) Nhấp chuột vào hóa đơn 1 lần

&#x20;      (5) Chọn Đồng ý

* Bước 1: tại giao diện lập hóa đơn điều chỉnh ⇒ chọn Lập biên bản điều chỉnh ⇒ Nhập lý do điều chỉnh ⇒ Chọn Lưu ⇒ Chon ký điện tử

* Bước 2: Chọn điều chỉnh tăng ⇒ Nhập lý do điều chỉnh ⇒ Tích chọn hiển thị lý do điều chỉnh trên hóa đơn ⇒ Chọn hàng hóa, dịch vụ bị điều chỉnh

⇒ Tích chọn vào hàng hóa cần điều chỉnh ⇒ Chọn Đồng ý
