# 1.5 Mẫu hóa đơn

* Người dùng sử dụng tài khoản admin để đăng nhập phần mềm
* Chọn **Quản lý/ Mẫu hóa đơn**, chọn **“Thêm”**

### 1. Chọn mẫu hóa đơn

* Tùy chọn các nội dung của mẫu hóa đơn như: **Hình thức hóa đơn, Loại hóa đơn, thuế GTGT,...** bằng cách tích chọn vào ![](/files/Upb3iX2AWht560PMbI9Q) tại các đầu mục
* Sau khi chọn xong bấm **Chọn**

### 2. Thiết lập chung

* Có thể thêm logo bấm vào mục <img src="/files/qWIvzrVdoGTUhtbdRcJR" alt="" data-size="line">
* Chọn kiểu chữ bấm vào ![](/files/rGvIH25rTOcKXRgEB8XO)
* Tùy chọn cỡ chữ
* Chọn màu chữ
* Sau khi thực hiện chọn **Lưu**.

### 3. Thiết lập hình nền

* Khung viền hóa đơn: chọn từ bộ khung viền có sẵn bằng cách bấm ![](/files/m4bgMzhEdKi22tjm6bw3)chọn viền hóa đơn, màu hóa đơn cần hiển thị => Bấm **Chọn**

* Hình nền: chọn từ bộ hình nền có sẵn bằng cách bấm ![](/files/J6708R3MipRldAmOvPaA)chọn hình nền, màu, độ nét cần hiển thị trên hóa đơn => Bấm **Chọn**

* Tự thiết lập hình nền riêng bằng cách kéo thả hình ảnh trên máy tính hoặc tự viết chữ chim trên hóa đơn. Nếu không cần hình nền trên hóa đơn thì chọn **Bỏ qua**.

### 4. Tuỳ chỉnh chi tiết

* Người dùng thực hiện  tùy chỉnh 1 số nội dung sau đó chọn **Lưu**

* Sau đó chọn **Ký điện tử,** người dùng có thể thao tác chọn chữ ký số tại đây, nhập mã pin

* Ký thành công hệ thống sẽ có thông báo đến người dùng

* Chọn **Hủy** để thoát khỏi giao diện
* Tại giao diện Mẫu hóa đơn có hiển thị thông tin mẫu hóa đơn vừa lập
