# Hóa đơn điều chỉnh, thay thế có cần gửi tbss 04 hay không?

Để giải đáp thắc mắc này của anh/ chị trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ trên phần mềm hóa đơn. Theo công văn của Tổng cục thuế gửi Cục thuế Bắc Ninh số 1647/TCT-CS vv hóa đơn điện tử có ghi rõ:

* Trường hợp DN thực hiện xử lý hóa đơn có sai sót theo quy định tại khoản 1, điểm a khoản 2 điều 19 Nghị định số 123/2020/NĐ-CP và khoản 6 Điều 12 theo thông tư số 78/2021/TT-BTC thì DN gửi mẫu 04/SS-HDDT đến cơ quan thuế
