# Không đủ điều kiện cấp mã khi phát hành hóa đơn

## I. NGUYÊN NHÂN

Hóa đơn được cơ quan thuế trả về với trạng thái này là do hóa đơn người dùng yêu cầu cấp mã không đủ điều kiện cấp mã, để biết chi tiết người dùng ấn vào nút chi tiết ![](/files/GXUo1MnCbBthfCXASuWp) cạnh ô trạng thái.

Tùy từng trường hợp sẽ có mô tả riêng, ví dụ như trong trường hợp sai thông tin mã số thuế/địa chỉ/tên người mua sẽ có thông báo như sau:

## II. KHẮC PHỤC

Tùy theo dạng thông báo cơ quan thuế gửi về, người dùng sẽ lập hóa đơn khác và điều chỉnh hóa đơn tiếp theo cho chính xác.

Lưu ý: Hóa đơn không đủ điều kiện cấp mã **KHÔNG** phải làm thao tác hủy
