## I. NGUYÊN NHÂN

Nguyên nhân chính có thể do một hoặc nhiều các vấn đề sau:

1. Người dùng chưa cài đặt công cụ ký **BKSOFT-KYSO:** Là công cụ để kết nối chữ ký số bất kỳ tới phần mềm BKSOFT
2. Người dùng chưa cài đặt **Phần mềm quản lý chữ ký số (token manager):** Phần mềm quản lý chữ ký số: Là công cụ để usb chữ ký số hoạt động
3. Do vấn đề về mạng

## II. KHẮC PHỤC

### 1. Cài đặt bksoft-kyso

Người dùng truy cập: **Hệ thống > Tùy chọn > Thiết lập công cụ ký > Tải về BKSOFT KYSO**

### 2. Cài đặt Token manager

Thường cài đặt token manager của các nhà mạng sẽ có chung cách sau:

* Cắm token vào máy
* Mở thư mục token
* Chạy file và cài đặt

### 3. Các vấn đề do mạng

Nếu sau khi đã cài đặt trên nhưng vẫn chưa ký được, người dùng tải lại trang và thử lại bằng cách ấn nút shift + f5 trên bàn phím. Nếu vẫn chưa được xin liên hệ tổng đài hỗ trợ
