# 1.7 Phân quyền và quản lý tài khoản

## 1.7 Tạo tài khoản và phân quyền:

* Sử dụng tài khoản admin để đăng nhập vào phần mềm
* Chọn **Hệ thống**/**Quản lý vai trò**, chọn “**Thêm**”
* Khai báo tên vai trò kế toán => Chọn **Lưu**

* Thao tác chọn **"Sửa", " Xóa", "Nhân bản"** nếu có nhu cầu sửa, xóa, nhân bản thông tin vai trò kế toán. => Chọn **"Lưu"** sau khi thao tác.

* Thao tác chọn **"Phân quyền"**  để tích chọn chia quyền sử dụng cho tài khoản: tại đây có thể lựa chọn 3 quyền: **"Toàn quyền, Xem, Sửa"** => Chọn **"Lưu"** sau khi thao tác.

## 1.3.2 Quản lý người dùng:

### 1.3.2.1 Thêm người dùng

* Sử dụng tài khoản admin để đăng nhập vào phần mềm
* Chọn **Hệ thống**/**Quản lý người dùng**, chọn “**Thêm người dùng**”
* Khai báo thông tin người dùng

* Khai báo xong chọn **Lưu.**
* Hệ thống sẽ có thông báo **"Thêm người dùng thành công**

### 1.3.2.2 Phân quyền người dùng

* Sử dụng tài khoản admin để đăng nhập vào phần mềm
* Chọn **Hệ thống**/**Quản lý người dùng**, chọn “**Phần quyền người dùng**”

### 1.3.2.3 Đặt lại mật khẩu

* Sử dụng tài khoản admin để đăng nhập vào phần mềm
* Chọn **Hệ thống**/**Quản lý người dùng**, chọn tài khoản cần thay đổi mật khẩu, chọn “**Đặt lại mật khẩu**”
* Nhập thông tin mật khẩu và chọn **Lưu.**

### 1.3.2.4 Sửa thông tin người dùng

* Sử dụng tài khoản admin để đăng nhập vào phần mềm
* Chọn **Hệ thống**/**Quản lý người dùng**, chọn tài khoản cần thay đổi mật khẩu, chọn “**Sửa thông tin người dùng**”
* Nhập thông tin cần sửa và chọn **Lưu.**
